Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed (not shipped) within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or on Sundays or government holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Makano Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently not shipping internationally.
Damages
Makano Store, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at [storemakano@gmail.com/+919561116914] with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Since we use our own shipping carrier, we will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.
We may require the damaged item to be returned before a resolution is provided. Please do not discard the product or packaging until we respond to your claim.
